The hotel is conveniently located near Punta Sur and Playa Norte, with easy access to the ferry terminals. It is also in a quiet secluded area, perfect for a peaceful vacation. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast at the nearby beach bar is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. The beach itself is beautiful, with clear blue water and the opportunity to snorkel.
Some guests have mentioned that there can be nuisance from flies and iguanas.

I had a great stay at Casa Azul Maya in Isla Mujeres. The basic suites were comfortable and had everything I needed. I appreciated the daily housekeeping and the fresh drinking water provided. The location on the south end of the island was quieter and allowed for a more peaceful experience. The agreements with Kin Ha and Mayan Beach Club were a major bonus, as I enjoyed complimentary breakfasts and access to beach chairs. The accommodating staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable. The facilities were functional and everything was working properly. The hotel staff were very responsive and helpful, particularly Damian who suggested some nice places nearby. The location was great, as it was very near the beach through a beach club where breakfast was also served.

We had a fantastic time during our Christmas vacation at this hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us, even helping us find food delivery options late at night. the room itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We also loved the breakfast that was delivered to our room, it was a great way to start the day. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nearby attractions. And the best part was the access to the pool and water activities such as kayaking and paddleboarding, which provided lots of fun for both kids and adults.
The only downside we found was the inconsistent wifi, which was a bit frustrating at times. there were no mugs provided in the room for coffee, so that was a small inconvenience.
